About DKC

Duluth Kennel Club, Inc. of Duluth, Minnesota is a non-profit, all-volunteer dog club founded in 1948 and to this day remains a group of dedicated dog breeders and exhibitors.

Our members consist of breeders, exhibitors and AKC judges. Duluth Kennel Club members participate on many levels in AKC events, such as conformation dog shows, obedience trials, agility trials, hunting tests and the many other breed performance tests offered to the dog fancy.

We are proud of the many services we provide for the advancement of pure-bred dogs, not only in Northeastern Minnesota and North Western Wisconsin, but throughout the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and elsewhere.

Duluth Kennel Club Members Support and Encourage the General Public to Participate in the Following:
– Annual All Breed Dog Shows, Agility, Obedience and Rally Trials
– Annual Eye Clinic with board certified ophthalmologist
– Quarterly membership meetings with informative programs
– Showmanship classes/open mat time

– Educational programs on care, feeding, grooming and training your dog
